When the Devil and his Bride-To-Be arrive at an eerie and decrepit hotel at a location we will never know and at a time that will never be revealed. They intend to spend more than one night together as they are there to perform the unholiest of celebrations and spend the rest of their evil lives, wicked side by wicked side, cosily roasting in matrimonial hell. The Hotelier, who suffers from the same eerie decrepitude as the hotel in which he resides, is terrified into giving them the 'Penthouse' in which to perform their celebration. Sworn to secrecy by the Devil and his Bride and the threat of death being offered should he break his vow, the Hotelier can do nothing but allow the sacrilegious ceremony to take place. However, all is not rosy in their twisted camp and before they can ring their wedding'bhell' and exchange their wicked vows, a cold reality dawns as they realise that no guests are turning up. It transpires that the Devil was late sending out the invitations and will now stop at nothing to placate his infuriated Bride. There is, however, only one man that can help them - being that he's the only person around - the petrified Hotelier. During his personal melee, the Devil has left his guard down and reveals himself to the Hotelier to be nothing more than a desperate man who needs to make right by his woman. The now-not-so-petrified Hotelier siezes a chance never before known to man and offers the Devil a deal. Sell him his soul, in exchange for his being their guest at the wedding. The Devil, stuck between a rock and a hot place, knows that this is the only way he can make his Bride happy and reluctantly agrees. The Hotelier also reveals himself to being a Priest and agrees to perform the ceremony for the Satanic pair. But on making this deal, as he has done so many times before (albeit the other way around), the Devil soon realises his life's mistake. He has bartered the only thing that makes him the inhuman that he is - his blackened soul - which now lies firmly in the possession of the Hotelier himself. As a result of the deal, it is quickly evident by his appearance and behaviour that the Hotelier/Priest is not the man he used to be and unfortunately for the Devil, neither is he. Aside from our audience recognising this fact, the Witch that the Devil wanted to placate also sees what has become of them. The man she loved and wished to marry is no more and the man she scared so mercilessly at the beginning of our film, is now displaying all the hallmarks of the evil that she craves. As the Priest begins to perform the ceremony, the Devil's Bride-to-be can take it no more, she cannot remain by the Devil's side when this new incarnation of evil is presiding in front of her. It is not long before her allegiance switches from one to the other - with dire consequences for our desperate Devil.
